All items are made to order and processed through our production partners after your order is placed.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes an additional 2–5 business days after processing.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays, high order volume periods, or carrier delays outside of our control.

Orders containing multiple product types may ship separately and may incur separate shipping charges depending on the items ordered.

Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thinkcreateclick.com.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to help avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.

Cancellations
Because items are made to order, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has begun.
