Refund policy

We have a 7-day issue reporting policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us if there is an issue with your order.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • incorrect size selection
  • buyer’s remorse
  • or general preference changes.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

To report an issue with your order, contact us at hello@thinkcreatestudio.com with your order number and photos of the item if applicable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is damaged
  • defective
  • misprinted
  • or you received the wrong item.

If an issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Shipping
Each item is made to order to reduce overproduction and waste. Processing and shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund.
